PEX Concrete Curing Success Story

45,000 SQ/FT of PEX was installed in three separate sections for this multi-phase project. Despite challenging winter conditions, our hydronic PEX heating system delivered consistent concrete temperatures throughout every cure, keeping the project on schedule without sacrificing quality.

Each cure was completed in just 7–10 days, providing reliable strength development and a superior finished product. By eliminating weather delays and cutting the need for temporary heat, the customer saved thousands while keeping momentum on site.

PEX Concrete Curing Success Story

Our hydronic PEX system was installed for frost prevention before the concrete pour, keeping the ground and rebar warm so the slab was ready when it was time to pour. Once poured, we cured for 7–10 days for optimal strength and durability.

After curing, the system stayed running throughout construction — keeping the slab dry and free of snow and ice, eliminating plowing, and creating a safer, cleaner, more efficient job site. Total slab management from start to finish.

30,000 SQ/FT of PEX was installed in two sections for this seniors living project. It was the customer's first time using PEX, and the results spoke for themselves.

Concrete was poured in -27°C conditions with confidence and ease using our PEX/Boiler system. The Project Manager made it clear moving forward — PEX/Boiler systems are the answer for cold-weather concrete pours.
